NO OTHER SHERIFF’S SALES SCHEDULED AT THIS TIME

The Most Common “Sheriff’s Sale” is the delinquent property tax sale, held four times a year at 10:00 am sharp in the lobby of the main courthouse at 300 Oak in Abilene. The sales are held only on the first Tuesday in March, June, September and December. A list of available properties to be purchased can be viewed on the Central Appraisal District’s website
under the “Sheriff’s Foreclosure List.” Other Sheriff’s Sales are held periodically, as property is seized to satisfy civil judgments. Sale notices are posted at the courthouse on the first floor in the southeast foyer, and on this website. |
